Step-by-Step Migration Process

Depending on your current provider, you may need to request a .sql database dump from their support team, or export it yourself via phpMyAdmin if you are using a self-hosted SmartPanel script.
2. Contact the PanelN Team
Send an email to support@paneln.com with the subject line "Migration Request". Provide your database dump securely via a cloud link (like Google Drive or Dropbox).
3. Testing Phase
We will load your data into a temporary, private PanelN staging environment. We will give you access so you can verify that all users, balances, and services look correct before we go live.
4. Go Live
Once you approve the staging environment, simply change your domain nameservers to ns1.paneln.com. Your new, lightning-fast PanelN infrastructure is now live!
