1. Nature of Business (Software as a Service)

PanelN is strictly a Software as a Service (SaaS) provider. We solely provide hosting infrastructure and panel management software. We DO NOT sell, provide, fulfill, or endorse any social media marketing (SMM) services, followers, likes, or digital engagement of any kind. Our customers utilize our software to connect to their own third-party APIs. We are a technology provider, not a social media service provider.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally capable of forming binding contracts in your jurisdiction to operate a panel on our infrastructure.
• Accuracy of Information: Registration requires current and accurate contact details. Falsifying identities or operating under assumed names that infringe upon third-party rights is strictly forbidden.
• Security: The safeguarding of your administrative credentials is your sole responsibility. We accept no liability for damages resulting from unauthorized access to your deployed panels.

3. Financial Obligations

• Pre-payment Model: All platform fees are levied in advance. Services will be suspended if invoices remain unsettled. Refunds or partial credits for unused time periods are not provided under any circumstances.
• Fraudulent Transactions: The use of stolen financial instruments or unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate termination of all associated instances and will be reported to appropriate law enforcement bodies.
• Pricing Modifications: We reserve the right to alter our tiered pricing structure at any point. Current pricing will always be clearly documented on our platform.

4. Prohibited Usage

You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our servers or software to:

• Host material that is illegal, defamatory, or violates international copyright laws.
• Attempt to compromise the underlying servers, network infrastructure, or databases.
• Distribute malware, unauthorized solicitations, or spam.
• Employ automated extraction tools (scrapers, crawlers) against our core systems without express written consent.

5. Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

PanelN provides SaaS hosting infrastructure which is entirely digital. Upon successful payment confirmation, your SMM rental panel is deployed and provisioned automatically and instantly. You will receive an email confirmation with access credentials immediately after checkout.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Our platform is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of our services. Under no legal theory shall PanelN be held liable for any loss of revenue, data corruption, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our infrastructure.
