Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for PanelN's SaaS platform. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Digital Goods and Service Delivery
PanelN provides a purely digital SaaS (Software as a Service) infrastructure. Upon successful payment, system resources are instantly allocated, and your rental panel is deployed automatically. Due to the immediate delivery and digital nature of these services, we cannot reclaim used server resources.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unused time in your billing cycle.
- Dissatisfaction with the service (we recommend trying our demo before purchasing).
- Failure to utilize the platform after payment.
- Account termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. However, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Fraud and Chargebacks
Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute via your bank or payment gateway will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account. We actively fight fraudulent chargebacks and submit logs of digital delivery and IP access to financial institutions.
